It’s so simple - it’s a "PIZZ-A-CAKE"!The “Pizz-A-Cake” concept was created by Managing Director, Tony Williams. Tony has over 35 years experience in specialty food retailing, including 18 years with Donut King Australia as director, managing director and finally chairman of Retail Food Group Australia.
Tony brought together a dynamic team, combining graphic design, interior design, shop fit-out/construction and specialist chefs to turn his vision into a reality. Pizz-A-Cake Oasis Broadbeach opened in 2006; a fully licenced, al fresco style trattoria frequented by locals and loved by visitors to the Gold Coast.
In 2009 Pizzacake opened an express model in the food court at Robina Town Centre; with a menu tailored to suit the fast food market, yet still honouring our original principals of using wholesome ingredients. Plans are underway for a third venue, scheduled to open in 2010.
